Service Description

This is a space for you to share your story, your challenges, your vision of the tangible outcome you are trying to achieve, and your timeline. We look into how we can work together to support you and give you the tools and knowledge that allows you to reach your goal in the best and sustainable most fashion. It helps me identify the depth and complexity of your challenges, and how much education, hand-holding, and time will you need to integrate all changes to get to your goals. In other words, if you are a better fit for a deep-dive focus area consult (90 mins), or 6-8 week programs (60 mins/week), or instead like me to have me as your life/health/wealth coach (45 mins / month). Please allow yourself 45-60 minutes for the meeting, in case our conversation takes longer.
